Hi! And thank you! It's kinda a surprise to be 9,000 miles away to be given
such wonderful news; thanks so much for this great honor.
Of all the multitude of awards that rain down at this time of year,
this is the most important to me, I really do appreciate it from the bottom of my heart.
I'm really sorry I couldn't be there to pick it up myself,
but work precludes me. I'm at the beginning of my working day, 5 A.M.,
I know it looks like palatial splendor, but it's fake,
and you could hang meat in here, so please have pity on me.
